What Do Grey Lumps Above The Upper Lip Indicate?

Hi! I have 2 small (less than 1 mm) slightly grayish lumps under my skin that are located right above my lip. They aren t too visbale unless you are looking for them, but you can feel them when you touch them. They have been here for awhile now (2ish months) and I am starting to get concerned. Do you know what this is?

ya u can use vagisil gel, there are no contraindications but the thing is you are having urinary tract infection.so kindly get your urine examination done, use tab.norflox bd for 3-5 days along with plenty of fluids,cranberry juice.this will cure your problem
