Hi, I suddenly developed two grey pimples (or bumps) on my right cheek during overnight. It is not hard nor painful but have diameter around 2mm with grey colour. I wasn t on any medication for the past month. The only difference might be harshly cold weather yesterday so my hands and face was very red.
As per you query you have grey pimples on your cheek . Well there can be many reasons for pimples on cheek like malnutrition , oily skin , gastric problem , hormonal imbalance and some underlying cause like lung disease ( very rare ) . I would suggest you to wash your face with face wash containing salicylic acid and then apply cream containing azelaic acid . Also apply vitamin C serum at night before going to bed , Prevent your skin from direct sun exposure . If condition doesn't get improve in month then consult dermatologist for proper checkup . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics like minocyclin and steroid ointment .
