What Do Headaches And Fatigue After Periods Indicate?

In July I had my period for a week the 6th-13th. then good for one week and then started to bleed again July 20th lasting 3 weeks just ending yesterday. Yesterday and today I have had a headache as well as feeling very fatigued. I got dizziness a couple times over the past couple weeks as well. Why is that?

Hello, welcome to HCM. Because of the long duration of periods, there is fluid loss. So the volume depletion in the body has caused head ache and fatigue. Please take lots of healthy fluid like fruit juice, tender coconut. You are stressed out causing dizziness. Please if the same type of periods repeated take an appointment with the gyneacologist for the same.
