hi i cant type but heres the story march 2011 i was having severe headaches i had 2 cat scan and a mri my doctor said i had bad sinuses but they found a pin hole on the left side of my brain i went entsurgeons they did a cat scan and saw a lesion on the brain did soon walking tapping my foot things like that so they ordered a mri a month later i had my own doctor get one faster he said the pin hole has not grown at all and dont worry about it but i am losing my hair my hairdresser told me i was very sick my left side is weaker i dont walk good i am losing my mind janet

Hi,

Tricky to say in your case without a very simple examination. I get this daily and simply seeing if the patient has purulent drainage at the back of the throat is very helpful. Sinus infection might feel like a migraine but probably just as common, the irritation of the sinus infection actually triggers one. In this circumstance one has to treat both the sinus infection and the migraine.
