What Do Inflammation And Sweating On The Hands Indicate?

I had an exam in September with normal liver functions. In the last month my hands have started to get red. I wake up and they are fine but then they go from red and sweaty to back to normal. It happens all day. Trying to figure out what it might be and worried about my liver as every time I look up red hands it goes to this.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
I think your are suffering from palmar erythema. It causes red and inflamed palms.
The main causes are pregnancy and liver cirrhosis.
it also may be related to diabetes , rheumatoid arthritis, autoimmune diseases,thyroid diseases and HIV.
The treatment depends on cause of PE.
In autoimmune diseases related corticosteroids can help.
