What Do Itching And Skin Inflammation In Genitals After Oral Sex Suggest?

I am extremely petrified and concerned. A guy I was seeing performed oral sex on me. We didn t have vaginal intercourse. After about 2 months I am having itching and discomfort in my genital area. I also have a small patch of inflamed skin around my labia. I took an std test and everything came back negative. Based on my reading online I believe I may have contracted HPV. I have been reading on it and find mixed statements. Some say it s for life and others say it stays with you forever. Is it highly contagious through oral sex and kissing? Because that s all we did.

I think it can be HPV or herpes genitalis which you have to get checked. They of course can't be cured.
