What Do Itching And Tingling Skin On Body Suggest?

Have noticed since 2 months ago that each time i have my bathe each morning after finishing shower i have this body itch for like minutes before i get relieved with no rashes or bruises on my skin just this itchiness and tingling feelings in my skin..what could be the cause

Kindly discuss the need of further work up in this regard with presence of specific antibodies in the blood as well as monoclonal IgM spike in the lab tests with your doc.
