What Do Itchy And Swollen Spots On The Left Calf Indicate?

I have two spots on my inner calf of my left leg that I initially thought were bug bites. They have now blistered. I have not been anywhere that I would be exposed to poison ivy (been touring in cities), although that s what it looks like. Very itchy and swollen.

if you think it is a blister and itchy. apply antimicrobial ointment like soframycin over it to avoid any spread.
Take antibiotic acyclovir 200 TDS for 5 day for any viral infection.
