My husband got a rash on his lower legs and arms up to elbow. Raised, large spots, a little itchy. This occurred on a cruise recently and about a year ago cruise, both in warm climates. He has a history of diabetics, hypertension and his Mother had lupus, but died with cancer. What direction should we look? I was not concerned last year on the cruise because I thought it was a reaction to the sunscreen. Recently, no sunscreen used yet when the rash started.
