What Do Itchy Rashes On The Face And Body Indicate?

My daughter has a rash that is on her neck, torso arms, sometimes face. It itches terribly.They have tried many creams and medications. The one that calms it quickly is a steroid but it comes back as soon as the steroid is done. The one thing the doctor keeps ignoring is this terrible stinging pain she gets. She describes it like being stung by a bunch of bees all at once. She is so uncomfortable when this happens. Do you have any suggestions as to what might be causing that terrible stinging feeling? It seems like it has to be a nerve issue.

I understand your concern.
It can be an allergic reaction.
Some advice are:
-Take oral antihistamines
-Use calmine lotion for local relief
-if you don't get better take oral corticosteroids
