What Do Itchy Rashes On The Thighs And Ankles Indicate?

Systemic insect bite-like rash that initially began on thighs, continued to calves and ankle areas then to inner forearms and back. First appeared in September on thighs then progressed causing severe itching especially during the night. Initially I thought of insect bites however the condition has gotten worse. N.B., in late August I began RA treatment with Rheumatologist using, to date, Cimzia via injection to the right and left thighs.
