What Do Itchy Rashes On The Thighs And Arms Indicate?

My daughter started Tuesday night with rash on her thighs. By Yesterday Morning it was on all her limbs. It is very itchy. Her feet swelled. Her joints ache. The med fast center said it was an allegic reaction. Gave her a shot of benedryl and steroid shot yesterday at lunch. Plus steroids to take and prescription benedryl. She has gotten very little relief
