What Do Itchy, Red Bumps Near The Ankle And Knee Indicate?

these are red spots about 1/4 in diameter with slight elevation. three are in a row front ankle up 3 . Another further at the interior knee. Three others above ankle on left leg running circumferentially around light. Some minor itchiness from time to time.

Hi.
As per your case history you are having pigmented purpuric dermatosis, my treatment advice is -
1. Avoid standing for long periods of time and keep pillows below legs while sleeping.
2. Apply a calcium dobisilate cream like Osil cream twice a day.
3. Take a vitamin c supplement once daily for 3 months.
4. Other treatment options are oral calcium dobisilate, multivitamins taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
