What Do Itchy Red Bumps On The Face And Stomach Indicate?

I have a red bumpy, itchy rash that started on my face. I went to my dr and they gave me prednizone. That seemed to help and it went away on my face.. However, it also started on my stomach area and won t go away. It itches and is annoying. Could this be a yeast infection of some kind?
