What Do Itchy Red Bumps On The Forearms And Feet Indicate?

My son has itchy red bumps on his forearms that started a few days ago. Few spots on his feet too. He has been taking benadryl, but does not help. He has been using hydrocortisone and doesn t help much. He is allergic to peanuts, but his throat would start closing up and have difficulty breathing etc if he was exposed to that. Some fruits, such as apples and peaches make his throat itchy. Any idea what this might be? Should he go to an allergist or dermatologist? He is at college, so he would need to go to a health center.

I really appreciate your concern, in my opinion if the case is not being tried with second generation antihistamine like Loratadine or others then I would advise you to try this some time two molecules being used like, Levocetirizine 10 mg three times in day and Loratadine three times in day, it has to be taken for at least five days, emotional stress could be the cause of itching hope this information helps.
