What Do Itchy Red Rashes On The Ankles And Thighs Indicate?

Hello. I have had a red, itchy, bumpy rash on my ankles, thighs and neck that I first thought was ringworm. I was treated by my doctor with 3 applications of Lamisil AT daily for 7 days with the only result being the following: More of the rash; Overnight, my fingers swelled and I have tiny, fluid filled bumps on the palms of my hands. There is also swelling along the back of my neck and a puffiness along the front of my neck as if there s fluid under the skin. Any ideas of what this could be and how I should proceed?
