What Do Itchy Red Spots Around The Waist Indicate?

I hAve been having itchy red spots around my waist. I have been diagnosed withe scabies twice in this period. Also had a ringworm, but just have these spots that look like they are getting better, fading to a lite purple, thending turn red and itch again

Hi,

It can be fungal infection of superficial tissue. You can apply topical clotrimazole cream over that rash. The antihistaminic tablet like cetrizine also can be prescribed. Kindly post photo of lesion to comment further
