What Do Knots In The Arms And Legs, Foot Inflammation And Headache Indicate?

i am trying to find answers for my husband. over the past couple of months he has had knots pop up on his arm , head, and leg , has burning in his feet, he is regularly bloated , has feelings of being hot , severe pain of his left arm that sometime causes him not to be able to use it , and frequent headaches . what could possibly be wrong with him

We have to rule out conditions like arthritis as it can cause similar symptoms.
