What Do Large And Itchy Welts On The Back Of The Legs And Feet Indicate?
Have fairly large welts on back of legs and feet, have increased in numbers past couple of days. Have terrible itching, more at night, feet seem worse. Not sure but could have been bitten by insect 3/4 days ago in Northern Michigan. I ve read some of the internet info but don t know if I need to see a doctor, assuming it s short term reaction to something my bodies been affected by.

This sounds like urticaria--an allergic reaction to something other than insect bites. You can try oral benadryl or Claritin along with topical Caladryl lotion, but if that doesn't work, were I your doctor, I'd give you a cortisone injection to resolve this
