My Symptoms (started 2 days ago) are as follows: * Large red, itchy, painful bumps (about two dozen below my right shoulder, one on my back, others here & there); * Itchy, watery eyes; *Sneezing; * Itchy, runny nose with congestion; * Coughing; *Sporatic stabbing stomach pain; * Painful achiness throughout body - especially down into right hand from upper arm bumps; * Dizziness; * Fatigue; * Loss of appetite, but weakness as a result. Any insight would be appreciated! Thank you.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Based on your symptoms, you may be experiencing an allergic reaction or an infection. The large, red, itchy bumps on your body may be hives or a skin rash, which can be caused by an allergic reaction to a medication, food, or other substance. Sneezing, itchy, watery eyes, runny nose, and coughing are also common symptoms of allergies.

Stabbing stomach pain can have various causes, including infection, inflammation, or digestive issues. Your stomach pain may be related to an allergic reaction or an infection.

The achiness throughout your body, dizziness, and fatigue may be symptoms of an infection or a viral illness, such as the flu. Loss of appetite and weakness may also be related to the illness.

It is recommended that you consult with a healthcare professional to determine the underlying cause of your symptoms and to receive appropriate treatment. Allergic reactions can be treated with antihistamines or other medications, while infections may require antibiotics or other treatments.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Priyanka, General & Family Physician
