What Do Lesions In A CT Scan Report Indicate?

Hi I recently had a CT scan which showed lesions on my cervical spine. I am experiencing both my arms going numb and feeling static tingling . My head feels like it is in a vice. I can t sleep because my nerves are twitching. Waiting to see what is happening. Radiologist said maybe : myeloma, MS, etc?
