What Do Light Abdominal Cramps While On Birth Control Pills Indicate?

Hi I m looking for a gynecologist to help me. I m experiencing very light unusual cramping. I m in the 3rd week of my birth control. This is the second month I ve been taking it. During the first week, I made my boyfriend ejaculate and only got semen on my hand. I wiped it off with a towel. 10 minutes later my boyfriend, who hadn t touched the semen + dry fingers, fingered me. I used the towel to wipe my vagina about 15 minutes after I used it to wipe my hands. The towel could have been dry already but I m not sure. I wasn t worried but now I m freaking out from the slight cramps. Please help. How large is the chance of pregnancy?

Hello,

Since you are already on contraceptive therapy, there is unlikely to be any ovulation. Plus whatever actions which have been described are unlikely to lead to any sperms gaining entry into vagina and further up. So there is no possibility having any conception. Cramping of lower abdomen can be due to many other causes. You use a combination of a painkiller with an antispamodic tablet to control.
