What Do Lumps Behind The Head Indicate?

Woke up from a night of heavy drinking with a goose egg on the back of my head. Friends told me I fell but I don't remember. Only local pain aside from SERIOUS fatigue and feeling totally out of it. Other than that sleep has been normal. It's been 2 days since the incident. Wondering if I need to see a doctor.

It is possible to hematoma following an unnoticed injury after heavy drinking. I recommend getting a prescription of antibiotics, anti-inflammatory drugs with your doctor, till that time apply ice four times a day.
