General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* As per my clinical experience, lumps inside shin with painful and numb legs do indicate significant pathological disturbances in this regard.

* It can be issue of neurofibroma which is benign growth of neuronal tissue in form of overgrowth of fat involving the subcutaneos space of the various parts of the body.

* After clinical confirmation by palpation examination, I do recommend an excision biopsy of one of the painful lump for curative as well as diagnostic purpose.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
