I have hard lumps on my index finger knuckles--probably arthritis. They are sensitive at times but not others. Is there anything I can do to short of taking any medications that will help reduce enlargement or discomfort such as foods to eat or OTC treatments?
no.. you have to go for orthopedic consultation.. investigation such as x ray is necessory..as lump can be because of many causes.. histopathological examination may needed to classify lump in some cases. let first diagnose about lump..then definetive treatment is possible.. thank you
