What Do Lumps Under The Breast Indicate?

hard-line under left armpit attached 2 lump. Found over a week ago, still tender. Six months ago, I found two lumps in left breast, 1 still growing, one not. No menstrual cycle, as far as bleeding for 9 months period always tired. Emotional. Insomniac. Help. Any answers or Insight would help.

You should not neglect this presentation

First of all try to avoid stress as it can lead menstruation problems

Second for lump further work up is necessary...
With examination exact location has to be decided whether it is arising from breast or adjacent soft tissue or lymph node according to which differential diagnosis can be made..

For investigating lump FNAC is helpful for rule out nature of lesion

According to report further treatment plan decided
