I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Your lymphocytes count is high. Rest of your all reports are normal. Mostly it is due to some viral infection. No need to worry at all. Just be relaxed. No any further testing is requird right now. Drink plenty of fluid orally. Take symptomatic treatment only. You will be fine within few days.
