What Do Mild Pelvicaliectasis In A USG Scan And Lobulated Contours For Both Kidneys In A CT Report Mean?
Hi Doctor, I have been through ultrasound and report said mild pelvicalectasis . I got CT done and the report says for both kidneys lobulated contours . What does this mean. I have chronic UTI problem. Please respond on my email YYYY@YYYY .

Pelvicalyectasis in ultrasound means mild fullness of the collecting system of the kidneys and can be seen in chronic UTI.
Lobulated contour is a non-specific term and used for the appearance of the kidney. Some people can have normal kidneys showing lobulated contours.
