Hello,

Fibrohazed infiltrates in both upper lobes means that there is no active infection, just old, healed areas. Mild pneumonitis versus residual fibrosis in both lower lungs means it is not confirmed if the shadow seen are pneumonitis or residual fibrosis as X-ray or CT scan can look similar in both cases.

It will be diagnosed with blood tests and by repeating imaging after 4-6 weeks. Cardiomegaly means heart appears slightly enlarged in the LV. The rest of the report is normal. You are advised to get clinically examined by a GP or Cardiologist at the earliest before the symptoms worsen.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
