What Do Mild Vaginal Bleeding, Mood Swings And Abdominal Bloating Indicate?

I have been very tired, having symptoms as if I am pregnant but I have had a tubal over 10yrs ago, I am also sleeping a lot, sometimes after intercourse I have mild bleeding, mood swings, and very bloated at times. Can you please tell me what this might be?

I would like to know your age because these symptoms may be possibly related to perimenopause state.
Mild bleeding, irregular bleeding and mood swings may be related to menopause.
