What Do Minimal Diffuse Bulging On The Disc, Ligamentum Flavum Hypertrophy And Central Canal Narrowing Suggest?

The dr that I am seeming had an MRI done on my cervical spine, I have shooting pain in both arm and am very dizzy. My report says c4-5 minimal diffuse bulging on the disc. Some ligamentum flavum hypertrophy. Midline AP diameter of the canal is moly 10 mm due to the pedicular shortening. C5-6 2 mm disc protrusion which is more prominent on extension. Some dorsal osyeophyte and ligamentmentum flavum hypertrophic. AP diameter of effective canal at 10 mm. Impression 1 anterior fusion at C5-6 2. Congenitally narrowed bony canal due to shortened Pericles. 3. Small central protrusion of the C6-7 disc which is increased in extension. This combines with the congenitally small canal to give a moderate central canal narrowing. What I wanted to ask is my dr feels the only thing that can help is injections to the neck. I am not happy with that answer. Anything I can do?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Local steroid injections, physiotherapy, wearing a cervical collar, will help. If severe as a late option, surgery could be the answer. However most patients are relieved with conservative management I just told. Try this, it will help you.
