What Do Missed Periods, Liquid Discharge From Breasts With HPT Negative Suggest?

Hello doc I have missed periods and done home pregnancy test twice but negative I have tender breast and there s a liquid white coming out when squeezed breasts .also I want to know I m diabeticand sugar is higher last few days due to stress .and also want to know does diabetes cause false pregnancy or negative test and also can it delay pregnancy chances I m 31 years old and doctor suggested I do beta hcg test..plz answer I m confused

In case of pregnancy and if this need to be confirmed then best test would be ultrasonography beside this all the test may give false results, diabetes may not be obstructed in any way if this is controlled very well, hope this information helps, take care and have a good luck.
