Hello dear
Understand your concern.
Your respiratory culture report is completely normal
No any pathogen: bacteria or fungus is detected.

Respiratory culture is done to detect any bacteria and fungi in your respiratory tract to diagnose tuberculosis and cause of bronchitis, cough, breathlessness, asthma.
Normally it contain
polymorphonuclear leukocytes (25/hpf)
alveolar macrophages
squamous epithelial cells (
The presence of mixed flora does not rule out infection.

hope this may hep you
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
