What Do Moles On The Face Indicate?

I have 8 spots on my face, two definite moles and 6 that I perceive as freckles but I cannot define pertaining to my skin tone. The first mole has been there my entire life, and the second appearing when I was around 4. One is located on my cheek and the other on my nose. The one on my cheek has been growing hair recently. The other 6 have been growing recently, from small dots to larger, more noticable spots that are slightly raised. Now, I have two questions, would you have any guesses on why there are hairs growing out of the mole even though it has never happened before and do you have any guess on what the other 6 spots are?
