Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of moving lump on collarbone with painful neck, ear and arm which is mainly after smoking is because of chronic pharyngitis. The symptoms can also occur due to osteoma , lipoma or local infection . Visit ENT specialist once and get it examined if you feel any pain or discomfort. Till then gargle with hot water and salt mixed in that. Take antibiotic such as Azithromycin along with decongestants. Ear pain is due to pressure build up in that area. It will relieve soon once infection subsides. Take diet rich in multivitamins. Apply warm compresses on lump and take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain . Doctor may also refer you to orthopedic surgeon .

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Get Well soon.
Best Wishes,
Dr. Harry Maheshwari
