What Do Multiple Follicles In The Ovaries On An Ultrasound Report Suggest?

Hello Doctor, I have had 2 miscarriages in 2015, and have not got the test positive from then. I visited my doc and was prescribed medicines for pcos, in dec 2016 i was diagnosed with a cyst and was prescribed krimson 35 for 3 months. Now after my ultra sound report says i have multiple follicles in both ovaries.. I am scared that i will not be able to conceive.. will i ever be able to conceive?

Hi,

You may be suffering from PCOD which may lead to reduced conceiving capacity. It may also lead to weight gain, hirsutism, insulin resistance, hypertension and irregular periods. So reduce weight, eat green leafy vegetables and need to take contraceptives to regulate menstrual cycle.

Take tablet Metformin may useful to reduce insulin resistance. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
