What Do Muscle Spasms On The Neck And Shoulder Indicate?
I have been to two different doctors. One says tendonitis and the other one says I m having muscle spams I have neck and shoulder problems and have had them for almost a year. Hard to move my neck from side to side up and down and sometimes there is burning pain. I have been going to physical therapy and has seem to have helped for about 4 months and now starting to come back the burning pain

You have neuropathy. A nerve pain will be usually burning type. Kindly use vitamin B12 tablets for one month. Take Neurobion forte drug for one month after food.
