Mildly prominent extra-axial CSF spaces in the frontotemporal region, no midline shift or mass effect. No intra or extra-axial haemorrhage or collection noted. Paranasal sinuses clear. Mastoid air cells are poorly aerated on the right side. What does this mean and what are causes?
