What Do My CT Brain Scan Results Indicate?

CT Brain scan results showing mild atrophic changes. Findings show mild asymmetry of the ventricles, right slightly larger than left. Mildly prominent extra-axial CSF spaces in the frontotemporal region, no midline shift or mass effect. No intra or extra-axial haemorrhage or collection noted. Paranasal sinuses clear. Mastoid air cells are poorly aerated on the right side. What does this mean and what are causes?
