What Do My CT Scan Results Indicate Regarding My Prior C5/C6 ACDF, Spinal Canal Narrowing, Disc Protrusions, And Neural Foraminal Narrowing?
Hi, Would like your opinion on the following results of my CT scan. Prior C5/C6 ACDF with no evidence of complication. Osseous fusion is not complete. The extruded disc material seen posterior to the C6 vertebral body now appears ossified and results in moderate central spinal canal narrowing, similar to prior MRI from 17/11/2020. Moderate uncovertebral degeneration at this level results in bilateral moderate neural foraminal narrowing. C6/C7 right paracentral and foraminal disc protrusion effacing the anterior subarachnoid space and moderately flattening the ventral cord resulting in mild-to-moderate central spinal canal narrowing of the right and severe right neural foraminal narrowing impinging the right C7 nerve root. C4/C5 central disc protrusion indenting the ventral cord resulting in mild central spinal canal narrowing. Mild bilateral uncovertebral degeneration. No significant neural foraminal narrowing
