What Do My DNA Test Results Indicate?

I got a Dna test with my sister to see if we were full/halfsiblings because we both share the same mother. We weren t too sure about our father because my mom already has 2 different baby daddy s. It says we are 49 times more likely to be full siblings with the percentile of 98.02 percent. It also says that us being half siblings is 58719 times more likely that we are half related with the percentile 99.99% I am so confused. What does this mean
