What Do My MRI Findings Of Cervical Disc Degeneration And Osteophytes Mean While Having Neck Pain And Limb Weakness?

I have been experiencing neck pain and weakness to limbs. Mri results as follows : Loss of cervical lordosis. Minor arthropathy with loss of disc height c5 c7 C3-c4 minor left posterolateral disc osteophyte complex indenting theca encroachment into let exit foramen C4-c5 minor B-road based disc osteophyte complex indenting the theca. Both exit foramina clear C5-c6 small central disc osteophyte complex indenting theca. Minor narrowing of right exit foramen and moderate narrowing of right C6-c7 small B-road based disc osteophyte complex and within the cord. Severe narrowing of left exit foramen and moderate narrowing of right C7-t1 minor central disc osteophyte complex indenting theca. Minor narrowing of right exit foramen and left clear. Can you put simply and suggest treatments. Thankyou
