General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Ureteric calculi are stones that form in or travel down to the ureters, which are the slender muscular tubes that connect the kidneys to the urinary bladder.

This pain is usually colicky in nature, which means that it presents in a pattern of waves owing to the peristalsis of the ureters. You should discuss with your doctor for treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Blerina Pasho, General & Family Physician
