Hello. I am a 58 y.o. female, smoker, etc. My blood pressure runs from 130/80 and higher. This is consistent for the most part. If I m slightly dehydrated my systolic number is acceptable, but the lower number never goes below the 70 s or higher. My veins in my neck have totally different noises when listening with a stethoscope. Should I be more concered and what could happen? Thank you
