What Do My Chest X-ray Test Results Indicate?

My daughter was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma and has completed treatment recently. Her Chest CT says No suspicious osseous lesions , No mediastinal, hilar, axillary lymphadenopathy and No new pulmonary nodules . What does it mean? Her previous Chest CT showed that the nodule was 2 mm taken prior to being diagnosed.
