What Do My Lab Test Reports Indicate?

About three years ago I fell and overtime lost my mobility( a disc was lying on a nerve). I have gained a great portion back..I am presently learning how to walk again, but have difficulty picking up my left foot and my toes curls. Still in physical therapy. I have had and MRI with and without contrast, MRI thorasic, cervical and lumbar, EMG testing, Orthopedic and a Spine doctor. MS, Lupus and Lime Disease have all been ruled out. Still do not have a diagnosis I need your assistance! Thank You About three years ago I fell and overtime lost my mobility( a disc was lying on a nerve). General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The difficulty in initiation of the walking steps indicate neurological weakness at the level of lower lumbar spine or peripheral nerves. In almost majority of the cases, MRI report is normal in most instances. If the nerve conduction study report is available, it would be of great help in this regard.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
