Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have a mild grade 1 anterolisthesis of L4 over L5 and a moderate narrowing of the disc space L5-S1 and L3-L4 with mild narrowing of the medial compartment of the hip joint on both sides. The pain seems to be centered on my lower back and side of my left leg and groin. Are there any exercises or stretches that can help ease the pain in my left hip area - right now only ibuprofen seems to stop the pain.
No, I don't recommend to do any uncontrolled exercises because they might worsen the situation. If Ibrufen still helps, that is a good thing, take it. However, a neurologist specialist might help you more.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Jolanda Nikolla, Pulmonologist
