i am 24 years girl. my thyroid report shows # bulky hetrogenous thyroid_showing vascular hyperaemia with few indistinct nodular foci #possibility of thyroiditis to condsider _fnac suggested #no enlarged nodes My brother is suffering from thyroid cancer. So am I having a risk for same

Thyroiditis means inflammatory changes in thyroid.Any how family history of Thyroid is there.So better to go for FNAC to rule out any precancerous stages.Usually thyroid runs in family>Better to be evaluated first for that>
