Hello, The ultrasound findings are suggestive of partial placenta previa associated with subchorionic hematoma. Placenta Previa is a condition where the placenta lies low in the uterus and partially or completely covers the cervix and subchorionic hematoma is collection of blood between the uterine wall and the chorionic membrane. There is nothing worry about it because placenta previa, as well as the hematoma resolve as the uterus, grows it increases the distance between the cervix and the placenta. However, it can cause serious bleeding and other complications later in pregnancy for that you have to visit the hospital immediately.
