General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

BHCG levels can be followed in time and if certain criteria are fulfilled the doctor has to start chemotherapy. So, I would advise you to follow the instructions of the doctor. The BHCG in your case is high but not extreme and the endometrial thickness is normal.

I hope this answers your query. I remain at your disposal in case further medical assistance is needed.

Regards,
