What Do My Lab Test Results Indicate?

Hi Dr.good morning I had investigations and found out that ISH abdomen done showed minimal gall bladder sludge; splenomegly (14.0cm); simple exophytic left renal cortical cyst ( 20 × 18 mm seen in lower pile of left kidney). X-RayX-Raychest ychest showed bilateral basal markings are prominent . G6PD levels were normal. Platelet count showed increasing trend. In addition I have experienced difficult in errection or say late errection which comes and disappear not longer than 60 seconds. What does the first result mean? And what can I do in case of the later?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Please note that simple renal cyst is to be ignored. Gall bladder sludge is to be handled by the operation if there are symptoms related to it. Lower basal markings are to be investigated. Examine for blood pressure, spirometry and cardiac function.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Varinder Joshi, General & Family Physician
